Eons ago, in the days before /lig/ was formed, the primordial ooze of 4channel dot org slash veetee bubbled up 2 ancient threads dedicated to western vtubers - /wvt/ a place with a dark side dedicated to discussing western independents and /vsj+/ a surprisingly peaceful thread dedicated to discussing VShojo and the vtubers closesly related to them.
For a while things were good, each thread was comfy in its own way. But as the sun rose and set these threads would each turn from decent to bad to worse to completely unusable. And so the old gods of /lig/ - Nemuposter, Tobposter and the Frogsperg together harnessed their quan and created this very general.
Since then it has been a prosperous general, with many coming from far and wide to view our memes, ritualposts and pregnancy edits. But we must never forget the old ways, lest we become consumed by the wild schizophrenia that killed the ancient threads before us.
