>Why /lig/?
Large indie vtubers have more net fans, but they are outnumbered by 2views by the thousands. This is a thread for the VIP, regardless of what language they stream on.

Considering averages fluctuate widely, all the way down to 100 is reasonable. The minimal requirement however is being Twitch partner or the YouTube equivalent in numbers.

I wouldn't call it groomer behavior, but I do try to chastise anyone who gets angry when a card gets ignored. Attention isn't the reason for making them in the first place, if they want attention they should do something under their own identity. The cards are both a fun project for the thread, and a way for us to show appreciation towards our chuubas for all of the entertainment and inspiration they provide for us. If they acknowledge it, that's just a bonus
