No idea on fan name yet, but I'd like for it to be a silk moth in a lolita dress. I haven't decided exactly which one but I'd like something similar to Angelic Pretty's Dessert Collection, probably in the white colourway but blue is very nice too. Cafe Time by Alice and the Pirates is a very close second (https://lolibrary.org/items/aatp-cafe-time-op)) but I tend to prefer pastels and white/black. I might change my mind when I finally get a design going. I know it's not traditional to have intricate fan mascots but I like lolita so.
