Basically if you follow a topic it'll show you news and tweets relating to the topic. Like if you like dragonball you'll see goku art and dragonball news and related tweets.

Nijisanji have a topic so you just click the follow nijisanji topic and they are being plastered over peoples feeds. Also sometimes you don't even have to follow the topics for them to start showing in your feed.
