But really you shouldn't worry too much about canonicity in this regard because his borderline omniscience also kinda made him a turbo nihilist. He doesn't wear clothes because he doesn't feel shame and he would probably see no reason to change himself beyond his natural body. With no earthly desires he couldn't really be convinced to do it either unless it would have a net positive outcome in the universe.

What I'm saying is everyone should threaten to kill themselves if he doesn't turn into a femboy and then he'll probably do it because it'll save a huge amount of lives. He's not really a hero but he can acknowledge some things being for the greater good regardless of how scummy they are so he might go along with it but you'd have to really mean it because he'd be able to tell if you were being honest or not.
