Ok, updated the districts of W. V. City, made a distinction between Metropolis Outskirts, the more poor and dangerous part of town, and Metropolis Midtown, the more prosperous side of town. Let me know if you'd change anything, I might start building the map off of this in case no one has anything else to add.
