Sora is very fit but she doesn't fight, plus she's got health issues. Some others similarly are in decent shape but no fight training.
Noel would probably win if she had a stick but not unarmed. She survives longer than most though.
There used to be one who would have been a serious contender due to sheer size alone. For women since the gap between an average woman and a trained one isn't as big, size is even more important than it is for men in a low level fight.
