Really well actually. I ran a one shot and a campaign that lasted for an entire year before scheduling issues murdered the game. I've even made one of my players a fucking towafag just because his character worshipped Towa

So the pantheon of the setting were known as the House of Maidens. House is synonymous to company while Maiden matches the entire pure seiso idol idea. That and the idea of a place that all gods in a pantheon hang out in is common and a sky HoloHouse just sounds funny to me.

Their names aren't usually invoked and commonly referred to like "Fiend Maiden", "Maiden Knight", "Iron Maiden" and the like. In-universe it's a something of a "don't take The Lord's name in vain" sort of deal and IRL it's so that we retain a sense of dignity in this massive shitpost of a religion and it made for cool PC or NPC moments when they invoked their patron maiden's name.

It is a common practice to send letters to the various churches of your prayers and wishes, usually this is accompanied by monetary tithes or offerings of handiwork, art and the like. Anyone can even be a member of a maiden's church as long you're able to provide money, goods or services for the membership.

I also have random practices for specific religions like how followers of "The Green Maiden" would carve runes into small flat planks of wood to wish for strength, guidance, prosperity and the like before burning them or how followers of "The Starry Maiden" take great emphasis on star signs and use only wood from tundras to make their telescopes, sextants and other equipment due to a weird affinity with axes and winter.
