I'm the Anon with access to the Twitter account, what the others said is mostly what you have left to do. Re-arrange the tiles to that they don't bleed into each other (i.e. don't put tiles with similar colored borders next to each other), and the card itself needs a border around it and a message as well as a birthday message to go into the tweet itself. Considering averages fluctuate widely, all the way down to 100 is reasonable. The minimal requirement however is being Twitch partner or the YouTube equivalent in numbers.
