Here's how you do it.
1) https://juliacameronlive.com/basic-tools/morning-pages/
This gives you a backlog of thoughts.
2) After that is done, go find the nearest mirror and start chatting while looking into your own eyes for (timed) 5 minutes
3) Start mind mapping on a timer 3 hours before bed.
Repeat for 3 weeks every day. Voila. You now have a thought process that constantly associates and meanders and goes on tangents and can talk for hours on end.
