Not as much these days, though she still has her moments. Polka had it rough pre-Hololive, and she has higher standards for herself than anyone else, so things can sometimes spill over. That said, even when she does let her emotions get the best of her, the Omaruza do a pretty good job of cheering her up, and that only constitutes a small part of her mengens, the rest usually being various behind the scenes talk. She's a good girl who wears her heart on her sleeve, and while it means she can let herself get overwhelmed at times, it also means you can take her earnest love for what she does as incredibly genuine.

Until fairly recently Polka also hated going places, as she has some anxiety when away from home. But, she didn't want to keep missing events with her friends, and started making the effort to go out of her comfort zone, to try and get used to it, and she's been able to do a lot of things she wasn't able to before.
Part of having an oshi is growing along with them, using their successes as an inspiration for your own, and you can do just that anon. I know it won't be easy, and you'll have to figure out a balance that works for you, but you can make the Improvements you want in your life.

You just branch out I guess. I didn't get into vtubers heavily until council made their debut.
Found my oshi from there, and then started branching out to find girls that might have similarities to her personality, and I finally found my JP oshi.
