Siren is a shameless numberfagger while Isla just does what she enjoys and acquires popularity naturally
Siren is a doxxer, Isla was doxxed
Siren intentionally pandered to gfefags for more $$$, Isla avoids GFE and her fans like her for her natural charms.
Siren has black hair and a black heart, Isla has golden hair and a heart of gold.
