Well the theory right now is that not only it was embedded, but also Discord actually loop it on the main menu of their app as well, the looping is what inflate the numbers. Basically
>Open your PC
>Discord automatically start up (along with the video)
>You just leave it there in the background while doing something
>The video keep being looped in Discord and somehow contributing YT views
