they think they're good enough to gather a following without the idol illusion, or even to change the model/culture. It's a woman moment: 1) be on a low point 2) gather sympathy because you're on a low point 3) your ego grows thanks to the attention 4) start thinking you're too good for your audience

mine hates it, and I couldn't be happier. It's a product of a male dominated society and I'm glad it's being torn apart from the inside
