If you lived in the future and found him at the right time, he would have been so easy to take in and make dependant on you. Fragile and upset just after his friend's death, not yet having made the choice to dedicate himself to becoming a phantom theif. Just a grubby little pick pocket who offers his body as an appology when you grab his wrist when he tries to take his wallet and breaks down in tear when you take him home and gently bathe him instead. Of course there's no way I wouldn't take advantage of his offer as well, though for the first few weeks that's the only time he feels comfortable because he's used to being used like that but not used ot the comforts of living in a house with someone older being gentle and loving. He'd never end up in the past, instead staying in the house, dependant on me emotionally to the point where he tears up every day when I leave because he doesn't want to be apart.
