The thing with that is that '55 Doc was legitimately furious at first that Marty would try to fuck with time like that even if it was to save his, then came to terms with it later and realized the value of the letter. Mori's always brushed marriage comments aside until now where it apparently built up to the point to effectively tell us to fuck off.

I can't think of anything else she grown disliked enough to just outright say "trash it". Every other time has been to either let it slide (like dad) or stop it before it starts gaining traction (like tomboy, mommy, onee-san).
