HUGE difference between readily available user data and voices, the reason people can do the shit they do now is because they have decades worth of content feed into these things, not so much with random people.

Yea that's both the problem and an argument FOR regulating it, you laugh because its someone else, but if you got called into the office and someone played an AI recording of you saying shit that could get you fired, or arrested you wouldn't be laughing, same with using voices from dead people or art from dead artists.
