In general, I would advise against trying to get more land, because that would, inevitably, start new timeloops, even if it was you, brosnanbros. Since you are an island, you could just make a request for a few small islands around the big one, which you are already getting on 3.0. There is also the small island to the northeast of you which you could claim, since it's a new addition.
That's about it I guess, doubt the thread would give you territory on the continent, but hey, who am I to say that, you can still make a proposal and start a vote on it.

As for other nations on the mainlands, I fully support making small adjustments to the borders, as long as it would not give you extra land (so basically you get some here, lose some there kinda deal) or better yet, reduce it. That's just me however, we would need to discuss this in more detail once the province map is done.

Yea, that's what I was worried about. Might make it harder for something like a snake to exist where there are large concentrations of it, but I might just be overthinking it.

Salamanders would be cute, but again, I feel like they would face the same problems as the Noodles. How about instead various species of tiny crustaceans? They mostly develop shells as is, so the calcification could be redirected from important tissues into that, and they aren't really aversed to living in cold conditions.
Found https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiwa_hirsuta while looking them up, and I think this would be cute to put in.

All in all, it really depends on how cold you want the underground to be. I assume you don't want to go below freezing temp. because that would, along with it being a cave biome, basically kill of any chance of anything bigger than bacteria developing there, maybe not even that. If we are instead talking about somewhere in the range of 1-5 celsius(caves are usually somewhere in the 10-20 range from my very brief search) we still have options, but are still very limited.

This is actually really interesting, since we are trying to establish an ecosystem where by all accounts there shouldn't be anything.

Also side note, I find it funny how our chuubanite effects are practically the opposite, since I plan to make /rrat/'s chuubanite produce heat(because Bae is objectively the hottest holo) and "soften" men by making them more friendly and unable to get angry or upset.
