THE BEST shall raise to the top. The ones who stream. The ones who push the boundaries of vtubing, and do creative content. The ones who are exceptionally good at what they do (be it games, idol activities, singing, games, zatsu, whatever), and commit to it with complete determination. The ones who stick to principles, the ones who truly appreciate their fans.
They shall be the stars guiding everyone else. The rest, should aspire to be like them. Burn vtubing to the ground, and rebuild it anew.
