hologras have a set release schedule. It's easy to set up scheduled tweets. Most of the posts are tweeted when the hour changes on both the EN and JP page. The JP account also RT'd the AzkiSora live tweet which doesn't seem like it's pre-scheduled. People who posts/maintain the page probably don't have the permission to actually plan and write the tweets. Wait for Monday at least or find a past milestone congratulatory post made on the weekends.
