Based on this, it's probably not allowed in the archive. According to the precedent set by the Pekofag case, characters which substantially replicate the appearance and personality of a chuuba, but are not biologically that chuuba, are not considered to be chuubas, and are thus OC.
Note that the Lamy Transformation case also established the precedent that present biological equivalence is sufficient, even if the character in question is not the original chuuba.
What does this mean for your story? Mental Morification of an arbitrary female is insufficient to meet the biological equivalence requirement. As such, your story falls under the Pekofag precedent, and would need to be excluded, unless you in some way incorporate a real chuuba elsewhere.
