I think she got grandfathered in by being part of Lazuydia being able to be a liason with the JP management but she stays in her own lane and barely streams or has any impact which is why she hasn't been touched by the clique for the most part.
She also has the least to lose, she could just never touch Vtubing again and finish her education and just the fact alone her language skillset encompasses 3 different languages with good fluency speaking and a little bit less in literacy with most of them in East Asia is enough to get you a good paying job anywhere with translation itself, let alone with a degree in something like business or etc.
