I'm a Nijifag and don't even watch Hololive but it's extremely obvious she's lying.

She'll NEVER produce any sort of legal papers or actually take Cover to court, because she'll lose. I've seen this happen countless times with social media grifters. They pretend they're gonna sue the pants off some evil corporation and keep mentioning "the lawsuit" in their videos but nothing is ever shown. Eventually they start begging their patreon subscribers for more money to pay their "legal fees" that once again do not exist. They continue this grift for months/years while periodically begging for more money and drip-feeding made up bullshit to their followers to keep them engaged. Pretty much exactly like the "stolen election" conspiracy.
Eventually their followers catch on that it's all a grift and slowly abandon the scammer but by then they've made enough money off "donations" to live off the interest forever. This is the path of people who have already been effectively canceled/blacklisted due to some previous scandal and just want an easy exit out of public life. I 100% guarantee this is what she's doing and soon all her followers are gonna be parroting the "RUSHIA'S LAWSUIT IS GONNA FINALLY TAKE DOWN COVER ANY DAY NOW" line before eventually themselves abandoning her after nothing materializes.
