i have a question not related to prism but to vtubers in general. I was checking some history about dead agencies and retired vtubers. I noticed how some old (last video 1 or even 2 year olds, for example) videos from retired vtubers are still monetized with ads and the usual youtube things. My question is... who gets the money? I imagine the person or entity who registered the channel despite being formally inactive", right?
