I spent a while looking for this and couldn't find it, but I did manage to find another old instance where he was flaming his commenters.

It's interesting to see the difference in culture and attitude when it comes to streamer comments between niji and holo.
If holos are getting flamed, the etiquette is generally to RBI but at the same time send encouraging comments to your oshi so that they know that their fans are not the ones flaming them.
Nijifans seem more "viewer-centric" i.e. if your viewing experience is being ruined by random comments, just close the comments section and watch the stream alone (potentially letting the spammers have free reign over their streamer's chat).
This seems to be the majority opinion among the niji fanbase, with one lone voice of sanity talking about how stream chat is also important to the stream experience.
