I don't think Elira is the best vtuber design of all but she's the best of NijiEN. Out of all of Nijisanji I think HSKW is pretty high tier but outside of Niji there's lots of indies with better designs that seemingly go unnoticed. Pic related is pretty cute imo but I'll probably never watch her.
