So hear me out, you are a streamer so self employed, you are a big streamer and have a dedicated fanbase willing to pay for you even if you stream 30 days or 5 days, you don't miss the money, so you can be more free to work less. I take my example I'm self employed, and I make 2-3k a month, (this pay sucks compared to streamers) I could make more but this would mean for me to work 40h more, but I prefer to spend that time doing bs instead of slaving away, I'm contempt with what I make and I'm willing to sacrifice a bigger return for more freedom. Now if you introduce a bf in the equation you have again a bigger distraction and a more plesant thing to do instead of working. So no bosses to remind them to work, just a vague pressure when they stay idle for a lot of time, good money guaranteed either way, the will to grind more when they were still small is gone and a bit the passion too
