You're completely right... Completely right on all counts. He'd be so easy to fall in love with, just through those simple little acts. And he'd remember all of those little details too - he'd start buying your favourite flavour of ice-cream, and wearing that earring more because you complimented it, and the friendship bracelet you made him would have a permanent residence hanging off his bag alongside the keychains you won together from a gachapon machine. A hundred little ways of saying "I like you" without saying it at all.
