I don't watch Holo or Niji, what is the difference between Mel's situation and Selen's? From an outside pov both girls technically broke a rule in the eyes of their employers right?
Is it more like people are mad over the way one company handled their situation compared to the other?
Is there a difference in degree of "fairness" regarding either mistake and its commensurate punishment?
