You’re right, your life does amount to much more than that. But I don’t know what to tell you about not being able to talk about it openly with other people- when you surround yourself with communities like this board it’s sort of hard to get a perspective, but it’s important to really understand that this is veryyy abnormal. But there are still people much stranger- whatever your reasons for feeling this way, you are still a human being, but I personally do think this is unhealthy.
