Dependent on the artist, communication with machine translation may be possible. I have in the past done as such, and found that some artists are willing to be accommodating. The issue shall lie then with the script, which remains solely in English, and likely shan't translate sufficiently well.

It was never explicitly agreed on whether the final product would be All Audience of R-18, however I have been working under the assumption that we would produce an R-18 doujin for the first work.
Regarding the speed of change, that's entirely up to the author. The prompt is not meant to be a strict outline, and more of a loose general idea. As long as the Lamys are happy, I have no issue with any choices made in creating the story. My preference of course is a non-Instant transformation (either Fast or Slow), but that doesn't mean that the other Lamys agree.
However, it is expected that the mental changes will both result in complete Lamyfication of the mind, and will be slower than the physical changes, so that the viewer character can experience the change before their mental replacement.

I would like the final doujin to be no more than 24 pages at most, preferably slightly less, simply due to the cost of commissioning that many full manga pages. As long as it can be reasonably adapted into that number of pages, any script length is fine.
