There's a MEGA archive of embeds and the threads themselves in the OP. It'll either be a .pt file or a .png in the 0Embeds folder mano-aloe-v1.png, you just put them in your "embeddings" folder. To prompt her after that, you'd use "mano-aloe-v1" as a tag.
Used to be that you had to restart webui, but after you click the "extra networks" button, go to textual inversion, and there should be a refresh icon somewhere in there. It will re-scan the folder. Looking at the thumbnail, I'm not sure how good the Aloe embed still is and I remember having to describe her a bit while making that thumbnail, you can probably get her easier just prompting her directly using a newer model mix.
