Sub count doesn't matter after a certain point. I would say after the introduction of the 4th gen along side with the 2020 boom in vtubers, sub counts past like 200k doesn't mean shit so long as you work under Cover.

Flare is a good example of how more subs =/= more sc revenue while suffering from dark skin debuff. The only thing I would say is that the low sub count can affect a talent's mental but as long as they can look past that then they can have a successful career.

Sana's thick aussie accent turns me off though.
