Anyone else remember how translated Niji JP clips were extremely popular, like especially during 2019 and 2020? So much so that Nijisan created an official clip channel so that the JP clippers could all upload in one place. This is what ultimately caused the downfall of foreign interest in Niji JP, because a lot of these individual clip channels that joined the group channel stopped creating content or changed to Hololive on their individual channels to focus on the group channel. Then when Niji EN debuted, the channel completely changed to only covering the EN branch. The clippers who originally joined the channel as a way to consolidate the JP clips were then tossed aside, as EN clippers began to take over the channel instead.

Point being that Niji JP has not been relevant outside JP for 2~ years, meanwhile Hololive has managed to maintain their cross popularity with all branches having a variety of fans and not just the ones from the respected regions. Most of the translated Niji JP clippers either stopped uploading or changed to only focus on Hololive. Nekomikuri is a good example of someone who was part of that channel because he focused on NijiJP, but switched entirely to Hololive after the Niji channel changed.
