Depends, do you know Japanese? If no, study it, maybe start with other Holos that speak more slowly/clearly (eg Watame), and work up to Miko.
If yes, it's just listening practice, you'll get better the more you listen to her. Watch as many streams/VODs as you can, as well as clips to connect translations with what she's saying.
