In that case it's even less appropriate, since creatures with summoning sickness can't attack and this is about people who can do something but just don't. I think an ability like Season of the Witch's would be a better fit for what the card wants to portray, but you would probably need to either exclude Mori from the destruction or also slap on a keyword ability to keep her from dying horribly the first time she turns sideways.
