The best way to learn is to spend all your free time in the physical and social presence of Japanese people (which is impossible for most of us). The second best way is whatever's most comfortable and sustainable for you. No, seriously. Just soak up a ton of Japanese language wherever you can and trust your subconscious to connect the dots.
Also, get proper sleep. That's so much more significant for language learning than anyone will EVER admit to you, especially the language "gurus" who just wanna sell you something.
