who knows, maybe she has to get the a replacement jack socket (pic related) because the original one can't work after the fall, maybe she just need to weld it back, but if she do anything to that thing and it has guarantee she would nullify it by open it. I think the procedure is to give back the whole mic and they give you a new one, and that could take a month or two.
