It's actually quite smart. I've noticed most Hololive and Tempus collabs usually work like Coke and Mentos: explosive, reactive, and highly entertaining for that moment. If they sparse them out through time, they become more sought after because of the novelty of them. Heck, some recent inter-branch collabs have garnered more attention than some regular Holo only collabs.
The formula works somehow.

I feel the most unity fans are the Axelotls. Like oshi like fan, as they say. Axel has always been all for one, one for all from the very beginning. The next one's will most likely be the Hakkitos. They're similar in that regard.
