If you know anything about Ame and Polka's "history" before Hololive, they'd be great friends if they could get past the language barrier. Likewise with Ame/Miko and imo Ame/Marine for their BL autism. Ame and Polka are both very passionate about vtubing, especially the technical aspect. I'd love to see the kind of stuff imaginative stuff they could come up with together for a stream like Ame's thanksgiving stream and Polka's present/past doppelganger conversation.
