The room Kiara uses for Girlstalk has an optional desk so she can use it for normal streams as well.
And on that desk she has the keyboard Reine made for her.
The reason Kiara isn't currently using the keyboard is that the cable is broken and she hasn't found a replacement, the way Kiara talked about it the keyboard itself is fine.
