The only logical explanation is - there was no THIRD party whatsoever. It has to be party directly involved; and it only makes sense if Eliria is doing the managing herself.

This is just the direct conclusion of the whole fiasco, but there's loads of circumstancial evidence as well.

For example, they supposedly get notice from Selen for a project, they pay the bill for the artists, and in their own eyes - everything is fine and dandy on the paperwork. Nobody complains after all - because complains never get to the main office in the first place. From their point of view, everything is fine and running. Papers are clean! And hey, the project did happen and was produced - so the money did go through, eh?

I mean, of course it sounds ludicruous, but only gross missmanagement explains the sort of shit we just experienced.
