Coming back to the original point, my disagreement is that "Nijisanji main problem is that they can't create new superstars".
I disagree that it is their main problem and they could EASILY keep the same current stars for some 3 years, 5 years, 10 years more (who knows? the industry is still too young) and still succeed IF AND ONLY IF they had a good midcard to solidify and grow their market.

But they don't, and that's what's killing them. They're losing LOTS of their original audience to regular attrition and they're not gaining any new audience through their midcarders meaning their whole company hinges on the audience that shows up to watch Kuzuha.
And this happens because of pic related
>Niji 2023+ debuts
They're just molding their next waves on VTA and pumping them out without any regards to quality, market fit or any other concern
>go through VTA? get debuted
and it would have been much worse had VTA not been infiltrated by chinese operatives leading to their almost disbandment

Njisanji problem is not lack of new stars, it is lack of new midcarders and supporting characters

>How Anycolor is still growing YoY despite no recent "Events",
They debuted FIFTEEN (15) new livers in the YoY period depicted in that report, with three more since.
