And to add to that, Neuro seems like she can remember better than we think if we go by the recent Anny truck stream where she got Neuro to call her mom, and that lasted quite a while, and previously with Aletta's dom personality, but it can take her a while to figure out what exactly she needs to remember. Filian's last RP stream was also pretty consistent, and in last chatting streams she responded to chat following the theme of her latest rant several times.
If I remember correctly, after Anny told Neuro to call her mom several times, Neuro seemed to ignore it at first, but started to do it several sentences later. It's hard to say how exactly she remembers things, or how she decides what is important, but I believe there are at least different levels to her current memory.
