Kiara's problems with reading air seems strange considering how much time she has spent in Japan, although it helps explain her struggles in her career previously. I think those troubles lead her to want to succeed and inadvertently end up acting selfishly at times.
She's a rude menhera but doesn't means well. I can see why she gets along so well with Nene, considering similar idol backgrounds and Nene being dumb, naive and good natured enough to not notice by Kiara's personality flaws.
