I mean i dont even own any photos of myself. There used to only be one childhood photo of me that i destroyed years ago (i really was not in a good state of mind when i did as it was when i realized my first cat doesnt have much longer left to live. I looked way too happy there and the women that brought me into this world doesnt deserve owning a pic of happy kid me or any pics at all. Im still in contact with the woman and i dont hate her for indirectly causing most of my mental issues by neglecting me that lead to people bullying me that lead to me thinking my simple presence is a burden on people despite what they tell me. I need therapy to fix that, people keep saying they want to "save" people but theres a limit what you can do. People can only "fix" themselves by working properly on their mental issues as i see it. But enough about that im too open about stuff again and i try to change that.

Also, dont go too overboard on the alcohol or you might regret it with the hangover the next day. Almost drank myself to death in may 2022 by downing half a liter of gin and the hangover and the 7 hour throw up session after wasnt nice and now i cant get any strong alcohol down anymore, might be good in my case though. But yeah, at least make sure to drink enough water as well to lower the effects of the hangover.

Also, dont be stupid like me and go too overboard on the alcohol if you feel like you have to get drunk to cope. Its not gonna be fun the next day. I almost drank myself to death in early 2022 when depressed and ended up throwing up for 7 hours the next day and feeling like shit the week after. Cant even get any alcohol down anymore since then. And dorry about "Attention whoring" as you call it, if getting drunk helped you cope when things were bad its better then doing nothing and it beats going norway. Just try not to rely on it too often, but im sure youre aware. You mentioned before you only get drunk when things bad, so i hope things get better for you. Life can suck pretty bad at times. Try your best not to let it get to you too much, but im sure you already are or you wouldnt be here.

I was up for 24 hours on like 3 hours of sleep and i barely slept this week to begin with. Looking back i even had problems eating at all the past few days. I guess sleep deprivation the past week was also an intentional coping mechanism. Cant be depressed when brain is too tired to think. Used to cope with that a lot in 2022. Probably should try to sleep again but foot cramps been waking me up every hour.

As a Nyanfag I hope your girl gets more support or gets a better deal somewhere else. I've always loved VShojo because of the girls not because of the management. The management has always been ass. I thought things would change after AX, when they announced the JP branch.
