However, you should never go too far in making fun of someone, especially if they fall oddly silent when they are usually talkative. It helps to talk about what you or they did wrong in private and not make a big deal about it in front of others, as it can make you more stressed out than usual.

Take care of yourself anon, in these dead hours why not go for a workout? If you don't like Cardio you can always do resistance training, and weight lifting has scientifically proven to be more beneficial as well and offer the same or more benefits of building muscle.
Working out is important, it allows you to not only feel and look good, but also learn to love yourself and your body by making self improvements.
But if you don't want too, that's fine as well. Maybe you had a long day, why not eat something healthier? Or supplement that bottle of cola for some water instead?
