Hot take: Korone and Okayu are bi-curious, just like many women, and not actually gay. They aren't in a relationship. Yurifrens just think they are because they're males who project their male mindset of "if you mess around with someone of the same gender, you're gaaaayyy". Female sexuality is just more fluid, and they don't realise that.

And if I'm wrong about that, then they're bisexual. Korone and Okayu both admitted that they had crushes on male anime characters for instance.
