Yes, that is my problem with Neon. Even if you have a style that is not an excuse to draw them exactly the same every time. ESPECIALLY if you are drawing someone with already established eye scheme.
Eyes have different shapes, forms, etc. It is a soul of a person. You are drawing someone, not yourself.
