yes, loli vtubers are cursed. many of their hearts aren't really in it - their decision to appeal to lolicons is motivated not by genuine appreciation for the character archetype but simply out of wanting to tap into an audience that has not yet been fully exploited. they're disgusted by their audience from the very beginning and this resentment only grows with time until a meltdown occurs. these false lolis are destined to fail
others are a little less fake - they like lolis and loli art, but only in the platonic sort of way that appreciates their cuteness and aesthetics - the intense sexual thirst many of their fans end up showing for them is offputting to them. these reluctant lolis often try to set boundaries and control the behavior of their fans to mixed success, but they can do alright.
the third type of loli vtuber is incredibly rare. this is the loli vtuber that gets off to lolis, that cries over them alongside her audience, that understands a loli's true purpose is to extract cum from ojisans. by fully embracing the sexual nature of lolis, however, they're pretty much radioactive - no corpo will take them, and even as an indie, they're always one unlucky day away from attracting the ire of a discord/twitter tranny collective that can turn youtube or twitch against them. so they remain in obscurity, occasionally popping up on pomf, but they can't really find any real success like this - so most of the girls who are capable of achieving this ultimate lolituber form decide to simply vtube as a non-loli and keep their loli tendencies private.
